30 Day Shred Day 2!

While today was still difficult it was definitely feeling like I can actually do the workout a bit better.

I still had a hard time holding on to my endurance through all the cardio, but I am improving!

I worked out at 7pm today. Much better than last night!

I am feeling really good. :)

I hope that I can reach my goals.

Yesterday I took my before pics, weighed myself and measured. I won't be posting it on here, but I hope for improvement.

I am still thinking about posting photos.
