Anyone want to do a Jillian Michaels '30 Day Shred' Challenge?

WE WILL BEGIN 
FEBRUARY 12, 2011 - MARCH 12, 2011

This work out is great.

There are 3 intensity levels on the workout DVD. I am taking the 1st level for 30 days, but you can do it however you would like.

20 minutes a day for 30 days. No excuses. No skipping days. Just pushing through and making it happen.

Here is the Facebook group online that we can use to post each day if we worked out.

I think it'd be a great form for accountability and getting stronger.
 
A perk is that you'll be able to do this in the privacy of your home. Some of us don't like working out in front of each other.

Take a Multi-Vitamin daily
 Drink 8 (8 oz) glasses of water a day
Eat sensibly without obsessing about weight.
No missing your shred workout for 30 days!
Please report daily on our Facebook group page or here.
Measure yourself (bust, waist, neck, hips, arms) every 10 days.
Weigh in every 10 days ONLY if you want to.

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD
3-5 lb hand weights
