Vacation Highlights

I am so thankful to have been able to spend such a lovely time in Florida last week with my family. It was SO refreshing.
We spent a few days in Orlando and got to enjoy the pool, theme parks and last but not least my family who I've not seen in 3 years.

30 Day Shred Day 30 Level 3 *DONE*

Mission Accomplished! I did it!!!!

Total Inches Lost: 12!!! I am far from my actual goals, but this is a GREAT start to getting me toward them! This is ONLY the beginning! :)

30 Day Shred Day 29 Level 3

Again, I forgot to post after my workout.
It was pretty hard. I had a majorly hard time with the traveling push ups, sumo squat jumps and the shadow boxing with weights.
Yup. I struggled.
:)
I tend to struggle when I work out late. I must workout before 4 pm if I have any hope of putting forth the energy to push myself in my workouts.
It was a good time anyhow. I am just proud that I have stuck to the progrtam this long. 
Feelin' good!

30 Day Shred Day 28 Level 3

Today was a great workout for sure!
I tried to push myself a bit harder on the mountain climbers and the shadow boxing w-weights.


OWWWW! Those babies HURT!
The punches with 5lb weights had my shoulders SCREAMING!

Yup. It was a good time. I made the most of it today.
