30 Day Shred Day 18 Level 2

Today felt good.

It was a late workout, but I was able to push through with only 2-3 stops. :) Those plank exercises are still CRAZY difficult, but I am doing a TON better at them. Today was day 8 on level 2 and I feel like I am finally excelling in it. Well, not like the advanced master Natalie, but good for myself. :)


Yeah, I enjoyed the workout today. It was great.

Now I am just focusing on challenging myself and giving my body a push during every workout. I want to stay dilligent and avoid a plateu.
