30 Day Shred Day 22 Level 3

Sumo Squats and Plank Presses are the two killer items on the menu today. OOOWWWWW!

Now take this video and subtract the weight and add a hop while your legs stay in sumo (point toes out) . OOOOOO mama! These babies BUURRRRNNN!!!!






With the plank weight raise she just raises the weight and lifts the back leg and alternates. WOW. I like this vid however. I am going to try these on and off through the day. :)
