30 Day Shred Day 23 Level 3

I had very little energy tonight. My downfall was that I ate pizza and worked out late.
Full belly + Sleepiness = Lackluster Workout.
Sorry Jillian, I'll let you kick my butt thoroughly tomorrow.
It will just have to be earlier than today.
Ugh. So tired.

  2. Thanks Emily! I am considering posting pics at the day 30 mark. Not sure though. I do have them, but am just not really certain if I want to put them on my blog. :) I've lost 11 inches.
