30 Day Shred Day 28 Level 3

Today was a great workout for sure!

I tried to push myself a bit harder on the mountain climbers and the shadow boxing w-weights.


OWWWW! Those babies HURT!

The punches with 5lb weights had my shoulders SCREAMING!

lol. Awesome.

Yup. It was a good time. I made the most of it today.
