Jillian Michaels: Yoga Meltdown Day 1 Level 1

I just finished my first Yoga Meltdown workout. WOW!

It was GREAT!

You do reps of different poses and follow them with a 15 second hold. They BUUUURN!!!

Love it!




The hard thing for me is of course plank! Lots of arm strenght is needed. I also find I am not super flexible. LOL.

Jillian uses a lot of Yoga speak that I totally don't understand, but I'll get there.

What a great evening workout. :) Happy to be adding this to my daily routine!
