My thoughts on Jillian Michaels: Yoga Meltdown

My thoughts of yoga:


  1. You should try Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Yoga is amazing! It is an hour long and also has a 15 minute ab workout. I feel SO good after finishing the workout. Yoga is my favorite workout and I really feel all my muscles being used during that video. I'm also sore after doing it!
