Really enjoying my job.

Sorry that I haven't written in almost 2 weeks!
I started working at a great pasta place about a week ago.
(this is a pic from its grand opening last year)
The food is yummy. Pasta & Sauces are all made in house from scratch. I mean, you really can't beat that!
I work 5 days a week in the evenings. It's been an adjustment from being a full time stay at home mom, but it's been blessed. Jonathan is home with Elena almost every night. Elena visited be last week while at work so she now understands the concept of me being at work. She liked being in the restaraunt, but was a little confused as to why I did not sit at the table with her. :)
That little girl blesses me so much. I love her. :)
So yeah, I have not written in a while. Life has been pretty busy since I started working.
God is good. This was a job opportunity I prayed for and after a time of waiting God gave me a great chance to work. I am pleased.
Well, I am going to enjoy a bi…

Elena is 4 today!

WOW! I have a 4 year old daughter.
I can hardly believe that 4 years ago this was me!

Oh baby girl. You grew so fast.
I love you so much!
Happy 4th birthday!
(eating her grilled cheese sandwich "birthday breakfast")

I'd like to introduce you to Elenas birthday bear.
Princess Sylvia.

A lovely day. :)

Today some of Jonathans family came over to hang out at our place after church and it was such a fun time of fellowship. I really enjoy being around them. His cousin who is fresh from a European excursion was sharing with me about all the great food he encoutered in Belgium, France, Spain and many other spots. He also brought be back these amazing chocolates from France that are spiced with some chili pepper. They are yummy!
Gracias Daniel!
Well, here I am chatting about my Sunday afternoon.

Unmotivated Today

Today is one of those days where I am struggling with lack of motivation.

Seems to be a common theme for me.

Anyhow, my plan is that I will do my cleaning and work out. :) I am doing p90x Kenpo and might possibly even do my Ripped in 30 workout since Kenpo includes no weights. It looks like it will be great for cardio, but I'd like to include weight training today.

I've also got to keep my eye on my eating. Want to stick to healthy choices.

I decided that until I reach my goal weight that I'll be cutting ALL red meat. Seafood & Poultry are going to be my best buds. :)

Well, have a blessed day!

Yup. I'm updating. :)

My goal is to no longer slack off on blogging. It will likely be something that I will struggle to do consistently for a while, but I have always felt like connecting through a blog is a good thing.
So yeah.... I'm back!

I never thought that working out with Jonathan would make me feel WAY more bonded with him, but it's been so blessed. We don't have a whoel lot in common when it comes to interests. We have basic and important things in common, but we are also VERY different. Excersise together has been great for us! I am so happy about getting to work out with my hubby!

I totally forgot to talk about how I re-did all the cabinets in my kicthen as well as my back porch and garage. Ugh. Organizing junk in a garage and throwing away a TON of stuff is tiring. I bagged so MUCH to go out to Good Will. Better get that out soon…

It's been almost 1 month since I've blogged.

I'll blog soon. Promise!
