Unmotivated Today

Today is one of those days where I am struggling with lack of motivation.


Seems to be a common theme for me.

Anyhow, my plan is that I will do my cleaning and work out. :) I am doing p90x Kenpo and might possibly even do my Ripped in 30 workout since Kenpo includes no weights. It looks like it will be great for cardio, but I'd like to include weight training today.

I've also got to keep my eye on my eating. Want to stick to healthy choices.

I decided that until I reach my goal weight that I'll be cutting ALL red meat. Seafood & Poultry are going to be my best buds. :)
