Week 15 Day 3

I have unfortunately deleted my video from day 3 off of my cell phone. Didn't realize that I hadn't loaded it to YouTube yet. Oops. Oh well.

 I think of my assessment of my workout on Saturday is...

Oh my word I was exhausted!!

I did total body, but honestly I had so little in the "tank". I was ready for the work out to be over.

Really hoping that that doesn't happen to me again. Unfortunately, for week 16 I will be working out Thursday through Saturday again. Definitely need to build my endurance.
