Whole 30 Day 2

I've been having a great time so far with Whole30. It definitely takes more work in the kitchen as everything I have been eating a lot of  fresh foods, but so far it's been very gratifying. Here are my meals for the day.

Breakfast: 2 egg & veggie muffins, Potato & Onion Fritatta, Julienned Turkey Bacon w Peppers and Guac

Lunch: Chicken Sausage, Halo & Cashews

Dinner: Hashbrowns, Eggs & Turkey Bacon.

My snacks were Halos & Apples.

It was  great day!
