I am feeling so good. The days are getting easier. Food is a tough thing to control sometimes.

My menu today.

Breakfast: Sausage & Eggs

Lunch: Sautéed Veggies & Baked Potato

Snack: Larabar & Banana

Dinner: Chicken Sausages & Halos
