Whole30 Day 12

I enjoyed my day. I really felt like this process is feeling much more natural. All except for the sudden and very strong desire to get on the scale. 

Ugh. I am NOT supposed to weigh in at all during Whole30. I wish I wasn't feeling so curious about the scale. It's not where I want my mind going. 

Anyway, I just realized that my pictures of food are not on my phone. Ugh. I deleted them. Oh goodness. *facepalm*

Breakfast: Coconut Chia Pudding
Lunch: Sautéed Mushroom & Chicken Sausage lettuce wraps. 
Dinner: Baked Potato Fries w Aoli and a Chicken Sausage
