Whole30 Day 15

I feel great. My skin is clearer. I have been sleeping more soundly and my digestive issues are gone! Cutting dairy has been amazing! 

I know that making Paleo permanent is HUGE! I really do believe that I will love the results.

Ok. Enough chit chat. Time for todays menu.

Breakfast: Coconut Chia Pudding with pecans & blueberries
Lunch: Chicken Sausage & SP Fries
Dinner: Chicken Ssusage, Halos & Zucchini/Spinach
