Whole30 Day 19

I find myself feeling a bit unmotivated today. Just feeling a bit bored with my meals. The biggest example of this is that I tried to eat tomato soup and it tasted all wrong. Too sweet really. I got one or two bites in an gave up.

Anyway, here is what I ate today. 


Day 19
Breakfast: Skipped. 
Lunch: Chicken Sausage & Fruit
Dinner: Poppy seed fruit salad & 2 Larabars
