Whole30 Day 4

It seems that one of the skills that I am developing and exercising during Whole30 is portion control and not eating on impulse. Today my portions were much more conscious. Yesterdays breakfast/brunch was way too much for 1 serving. Today I cut that in half and was still satisfied. I also didn't impulse eat. It was great!

Here are my meals for today.

 Breakfast: 
Egg in Ham cups. Slice of Chorizo on top.

Lunch: 
Chicken Sausage. potato frittata, carrots, grapes, pjneapple.

Dinner:
Baked Chicken Thigh, Zoodles, Mashed Cauliflower & Potato
