Whole30 Day 8

Day 8 went very smoothly. I decided that I will be extending Whole30 another week. I will be on it till May 17th. I really like it THAT much! My oldests 9th birthday is May 18th and then we have vacation. I will be sure to start my round 2 of this when we get back. I am considering doing a Whole60. 60 days would be great! I do think that Paleo eating will become permanent for me. Anyway, let's get to my food yesterday. 

Breakfast: Egg muffins, 1/2 an avocado, sausage, banana & 1 Halo.

Lunch: Griund turkey & yellow squash. 1/2 an avocado.

Made myself so chocolate ice cream. Cocoa, banana, avocado & coconut milk.

Dinner: Turkey, spicy guac 

Dinner Pt. 2 My dessert. 

It was a great day.
