Whole30 Day 26


Breakfast: Potato Frittata, Banana, Sweet Pepper Chicken Sausage
Lunch: Sweet Pepper & Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage & Stone Ground Mustard
Dinner: Avocado Egg Salad

It was a good day. I need to eat more veggies. My day was busy enough to where it just wasn't as doable, but still need to get it in. Water too. I barely drank any. 

Yeah... tomorrows a new day! 10 days of my Whole30 (plus 1 week) left!
